How to Apply?

The mode of admission is based on the JEE (Main) and Plus-2 Normalized Score. The seat allotment to the B.Tech programmes is based on All India Rank published by CBSE. Admission is based only on All India Rank (AIR). State Rank is not Considered for admission into IIITs.

Scholarship Opportunity

Prospective undergraduate students can avail scholarships / financial assistance based on merit and parental income levels from State / Central Government.

  1. Top class Education for SC students

Ten fresh slots have been allotted by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment for the SC students. Top Class Education Scholarship is sanctioned to SC students admitted to B.Tech programme whose parental annual income is less than Rs. 6.0 lakhs as per scheme norms. Scheme guidelines are available at www.scholarships.gov.in.

Benefits under this scheme:

  1. Full tuition fee and non-refundable charges

  2. Living expenses to the beneficiary @ Rs.2220/- per month per student limited to Rs. 26640/- per annum or the actuals whichever is less.

  3. Books and stationery @ Rs.3000/- per annum per student

  4. A latest computer/laptop of reputed brand with accessories like UPS and printer limited to Rs.45000/- or the actuals whichever is less per student as one-time assistance during the course.


  1. National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST students

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India is implementing the scheme of “National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education for ST students” under which financial assistance is provided to ST students admitted to B. Tech programme as per scheme norms. Scheme guidelines are available at www.scholarships.gov.in.

Benefits under this scheme:

  1. An amount of up to Rs. 45000/- is admissible for a student for purchase of Computer/accessories subject to actual once during the entire course of duration.

  2. Books/Stationery (Maximum Rs. 3000/- per annum subject to actual).

  3. Non- Refundable charges (as per Institute norms).

  4. Living Expenses @ Rs. 2200/- per month for students who live in Institutes (Rs. 26400/- per annum subject to actual).
