I. Procedure for Staff Recruitment online Fee Payment (SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates may proceed directly to Step II.)

  1. GO TO:

  2. Click Check Box to Accept terms and Conditions.

  3. Click "PROCEED"  Button.

  4. Select Staff Recruitment Nov - 2019 from the Drop Down Menu.

  5. Fill correct particulars including Category.

  6. The application fee for Staff Recruitment is as follows.

      (GEN/EWS/OBC) Rs. 500/-

      SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates - Fee exempted

  7. Click "SUBMIT"  Button. Proceed and complete the payment.

  8. IMPORTANT: For entering the details in the Payment section of the online Staff Recruitment portal, note down your Online Transaction UTR / DU Number and date of payment. 

  9. Take a printout of the online payment receipt and enclose it along with the application.

II. Registration

  1. Click the “APPLY ONLINE” button on at the end of this page to take you to the “Staff Recruitment login” page.

  2. Click on “Create New Account” Button.

  3. Fill the details and click “SUBMIT”.

  4. A message box will be shown mentioning that the account is created successfully.  Click "OK".

  5. A Security Key will be sent to your email ID. Sometimes you may have to check in SPAM folder for the email containing the Security Key.

  6. Click Validate Security link in the email and type the login security key to validate your email-id. Click “SUBMIT”.

  7. Note: In case you do not receive validate security email on your registered email ID within 2-3 hours, then sent an email to

III. Upload File Specifications

  1. Photograph size must be below 300 KB and format must be JPEG / JPG

  2. Signature size must be below 100 KB and format must be JPEG / JPG

IV. Filling of ONLINE Application by the Registered Applicant

  1. Once account has been activated, log in using login ID and password, as registered and Click "Sign in".

  2. Click on “Click here to apply” button. Further, click on “Click here to apply new post” button.

  3. Fill all credentials on personal details, and click "SAVE & NEXT". Note: SC, ST, women candidates may leave the payment details empty.

  4. Fill all credentials on Education details, click "SAVE & NEXT", complete Experience details and click "SAVE & NEXT".

  5. Upload a color passport size photo with size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm, and scanned signature with size 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm and click "SAVE & NEXT".

  6. You can preview your application, after you filled all the mandatory fields.

  7. Verify all the details entered in the preview shown and check the undertaking and click on "SUBMIT APPLICATION".

  8. ONLINE application will be processed only if the 'Submit' button is clicked.

  9. Once the applicant has submitted the application, they cannot edit the application again.

  10. VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that application forms will NOT be considered for further processing if the Applicant does not Submit the application form, even if the applicant has filled it completely along with Payment Details.

  11. Do not keep the page idle for more than 5 minutes, otherwise, the session will expire automatically.  If expired, login again, and continue. 

  12. Finally, take printouts of 1. Online payment receipt, 2. Signed copy of the application form, 3. Self-attested copies of all the necessary documents, and send through Registered / Speed Post ONLY to the below address.
